Shipping Policy

At TENSHI, we offer both Ready-to-Ship and Pre-Order items.

Ready-to-Ship: Orders are usually processed within 7–14 business days and shipped once your order is prepared.

Pre-Orders: Pre-order items are produced after the pre-order period ends. The estimated shipping timeframe will be listed on the product page. Please allow additional time for production.

If your order contains both Ready-to-Ship and Pre-Order items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. TENSHI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.
